March 2015 Leveraging Local Funding for TIM Webinar
During this webinar held on March 5, 2015, several local leaders discussed ideas for practitioners to implement to be successful in securing funding at the local level for TIM projects. While federal and state funding for TIM is available and a tremendous resource to help sustain TIM programs, this webinar discussed other initiatives that emergency responders can do in their own communities. December 2014 TIM Funding Considerations and State Case Studies Webinar
The topic of funding for TIM programs is one of the most discussed among industry practitioners. Adequate and sustained funding is a key element to ensure a TIM program’s success. This webinar, held December 4, 2014, provided important considerations for practitioners from the federal perspective, including the value of institutionalizing TIM and the TIM capability maturity model. Attendees also heard from four leaders with key examples of how their states have successfully funded specific TIM initiatives. This webinar was sponsored by FHWA and the TIM Network.

December 2014 T3 Webinar: Guidance Tool for Implementation of TIM Performance Measures (NCHRP 07-20)
This T3 webinar was held on December 16, 2014, and discussed the outputs of National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) 07-20: Guidance for Implementation of Traffic Incident Management Performance Measurement Project. It showed how the online tool can be utilized and provided information on FHWA’s TIM Performance Measures program and future plans. The objective of the NCHRP project was to develop concise guidance on the implementation of TIM performance measurement that would be applicable to a broad spectrum of transportation and incident responding agencies. The project, which was completed in November 2014, resulted in two products: a guidance document and online guidance tool.

August 2014 SHRP2 National TIM Responder Training Lessons Learned & Next Steps
On August 14, 2014, Jim Austrich with FHWA and Katie Belmore with HNTB presented information about the SHRP2 National TIM Responder Training, including an overview of accomplishments, key learning objectives, lessons learned, good practices for implementation, and the new e-Learning tool that will be released in the near future. This webinar was sponsored by FHWA and the TIM Network.

July 2014 AASHTO TSMO Update and TIM Performance Measures Case Studies Webinar
This webinar was held on July 22, 2014, and went over case studies for TIM performance measures from Arizona and Michigan, and it provided a brief update on the Subcommittee on Transportation Systems Operation and Management. March 2014 Critical Factors and Proven Techniques for Helping Responders Deal with On-Scene Trauma Webinar
This webinar was held on March 27, 2014, and was sponsored by FHWA and the TIM Network. Thanks to Emanuel Robinson, Ph.D., with Westat, and Detective Jim Warriner, MC, NCC, LAC, with the Arizona Department of Transportation for presenting, along with Pat Noyes, Pat Noyes & Associates, who served as moderator, and Kimberly Vasconez with FHWA who hosted the webinar. Robinson discussed decision-making in emergencies: critical factors, errors, and mitigation strategies, while Warriner discussed the after care of responders: proven techniques.
