In 2014, Killed in the Line of Duty by all causes was 108 Police Officers (an increase of 16%), 84 Firefighters, 5 EMS, and at least 14 Towers did not go home to their families. Agencies can reduce the injuries and deaths by setting goals and improve safety.
The first GOAL of every agency should be that Everyone Goes Home.
